What do I need to attend?
Not much. When you arrive to the gym all we ask is that you sign the waiver and our forms before stepping on the mats.
What do I have to wear for class?
For GI days on Mondays and Tuesdays, we ask that you use a jiu jitsu gi.
For NO-GI days on Wednesdays and Thursdays, we ask that you wear any comfortable athletic clothing.
Don't forget water and a mouth piece (optional)!
We also have team rash guards for sale.
