Mondays & Tuesdays: Gi
Monday and Tuesdays classes are in the gi uniform. White is recommended as the primary gi color to be uniformed with the team. A white gi will be required for all evaluations. A mouth piece is optional. Don't forget water!
Wednesdays & Thursdays: No Gi
Wednesdays and Thursdays classes will be no gi. Regular athletic clothing will do. Rash guards (like under armor), shorts, and leggings are recommended. Form fitting clothing is best compared to loose t-shirts, which could potentially be hazardous during specific movements. A mouth piece is optional. Don't forget water!

What do I need to attend?
Not much. When you arrive to the gym all we ask is that you sign the waiver and our forms before stepping on the mats.
What do I have to wear for class?
For GI days on Mondays and Tuesdays, we ask that you use a jiu jitsu gi.
For NO-GI days on Wednesdays and Thursdays, we ask that you wear any comfortable athletic clothing.
Don't forget water and a mouth piece (optional)!
